Maintenance of automatic sealing and cutting machine:

1. After daily work, the blade must be cleaned and maintained with wire brush and film remover, and the moving parts must always be lubricated.

2. The contact surface of the blade, namely the silicone strip, should be protected. If the outer high-temperature coating cloth is found to be burnt, it should be replaced immediately.

3. For the replacement of the sealing knife, loosen the fixed collet pressing the sealing knife, take out the sealing knife, clean the knife slot (pay attention not to damage the knife slot, use a section of replaced old blade as a cleaning tool), install the new blade, place it in the slot and press it tightly, fix both ends of the blade in the fixed collet of the blade, press the spring and fix the screw.

If the sealing and cutting machine cannot seal and cut the film or the sealing and cutting effect is not good, it may be caused by the following reasons:

● There is no voltage at both ends of the sealing and cutting blade (the sealing and cutting transformer is damaged or the connecting line is open, reconnect or replace)

● The power supply voltage is too low (configure the input power supply for voltage stabilization)

● Improper adjustment of sealing and cutting time or damage of time relay (readjust or replace)

● The cutting surface of the blade is not flat (clean the blade groove and reinstall the blade)

● The blade is broken or in poor contact (adjust or replace the blade)
