High Efficiency Packaging: The two vacuum chambers can work alternately. While one chamber is performing vacuum pumping and sealing, the other can be used for placing the next batch of products and other preparations, greatly improving packaging efficiency and reducing overall operating time.

It features a double-peak sealing line that ensures airtight sealing, effectively preventing leakage of contents and ingress of external air and moisture.

Versatile Functions: Optional gas flushing function can be added; it can be customized as recessed or inclined type (suitable for liquid packaging), or equipped with molds for shaped packaging (such as rice packaging).
Operating Procedure
Preparation: Connect the power supply, toggle the power selector switch as required, check that all parts of the machine are functioning properly, and place the items to be packaged into plastic bags.
Placing the Bag: Put the plastic bag with items into the vacuum chamber, with the bag opening neatly arranged on the heat seal bar. For gas flushing packaging, at least one nozzle should be inserted into the bag opening.
Vacuum Pumping: Close the lid, the vacuum indicator light on the panel turns on, and the vacuum pump starts pumping. The vacuum level can be adjusted via the vacuum knob according to packaging requirements.
Gas Flushing (Optional): When the preset time (required vacuum level) is reached, vacuum pumping stops. If gas flushing is needed, the gas flushing indicator lights up, and the flushing time can be adjusted via the gas flushing knob. If not needed, switch the power to the vacuum position; the program will automatically proceed to vacuum packaging and the gas flushing indicator turns off.
Heat Sealing: After vacuum pumping or gas flushing, the corresponding indicator turns off and the heat sealing indicator lights up, entering the sealing process. Adjust the heat sealing time and temperature knobs on the panel according to the thickness of the packaging material to complete the sealing operation.
Air Return and Lid Opening: When the preset heat sealing time is reached, the heat sealing indicator turns off. Air enters the vacuum chamber via the solenoid valve until the lid opens automatically. Take out the packaged product to complete one packaging cycle.
